We will use a lot of bamboo and palm leaves
and surf/skate/snow boards and accesories

I have been in that bar! Think it was called something else then, but... I sat there for a while waiting for someone to pick me up, went to a party and woke up in Guardamar. A few years ago.
It was Norwegian owned? I saw alot of norwegian flags there.

Yeah, I was an air force brat, grew up all over the country and managed two and a half years in the castillean region. We had a chalet right outside of Zaragoza that had a grape- trellis covering our bricked gardens in the rear.

Tuesday we're gonna start renovating / redecorating the place.
It's funny the more I think about it, the more I like it that I've bought this bar.

I wasn't even looking to buy a bar in the first place, I just
stumbled over it and the deal was too good to let pass. I always
dreamt about a having a bar close to the beach......or even better
on the beach (That one will still come). I just wasn't actively
looking for something yet.

Anyway I'll keep you guys posted on the progress and shoot
pics while we're renovating the place. We're gonna give a big
opening party when we're ready and as mentioned before if you
ever decide to pass by mention GFY and you guys can drink
for free during your entire stay........NO LIMITS!

I think you should use more of a surfer type font, and change the colors because it looks super "American Patriotism" right now. That's just my opinion though =)

To be honest I don't know what something like that usually
costs. I dropped $150K and I do know it's worth quite a bit more.
My neighbour who owns pizza take away places offered me
$200K without even seeing the place....(just the location)
and he's a tight c u n t

I bought it for less than the real estate value which is rising
quite rapidly so whatever happens it will be a good investment.
I accidently stumbled over it and couldn't let pass the opportunity.
I have a very good friend who will manage/run the place as I
have still a lot of other things todo than hang all day in my bar.
But I can't wait to have a nice Mojito or Capiriña in my own bar
soon......I very much like that idea
