To be honest I don't know what something like that usually
costs. I dropped $150K and I do know it's worth quite a bit more.
My neighbour who owns pizza take away places offered me
$200K without even seeing the place....(just the location)
and he's a tight c u n t
I bought it for less than the real estate value which is rising
quite rapidly so whatever happens it will be a good investment.
I accidently stumbled over it and couldn't let pass the opportunity.
I have a very good friend who will manage/run the place as I
have still a lot of other things todo than hang all day in my bar.
But I can't wait to have a nice Mojito or Capiriņa in my own bar
soon......I very much like that idea
