Prisoner Has Wrong Leg Amputated...cannot sue NY State - GoFuckYourself.com

News had a story about a dude in Greenhaven Prison ( upstate NY ) who tried to escape but got cut up in razor wire ( like barbed wire but vicious ).

While in the prison infirmary he contracted gangreen. He actually sat there for days before the dumb asses figured out what was wrong.

So they had to send him to the nearest hospital for to get his leg amputated below the knee.

Two days later they find out they had cut off the WRONG leg!

So they had to go back and amputate the correct leg. Freakin' lawyers were all over this case but the state said he had no case for malpractice. So an army of news guys show up to ask the court how they could let shit like this go on. The court said he was trying to escape and brought the injuries upon himself and his unconcious state was confusing to the physicians causing the mishap in the first place.

So the prisoner sittin in his wheelchair started a fit and said because he was an inmate and black that's why they wouldn't let him sue.

The judge said 'no'. Judge said the reason he can't sue is because

"He doesn't have a leg to stand on in court. "
