altercation in front of my wife and kids..
on saturday we went through a park after coming home from a movie and these two homeless guys were asking me for money, then getting very aggressive. I didnt give them any then the one guy said alot of shit and spat on me! I was gonna beat his ass down right then and there but didnt want to set a bad example for my kids. Im thinking about going back to the park later this week, or should I just tell the police?
advice please. |

Why get yourself in trouble. You gonna go to jail for 2 bums. Either call the police or you could even hire a couple of the neighborhood kids to teach them a lesson but the kids could be weak and if they get caught you might go to jail to. CAll the police cause remember if your in jail you cant make money or support your family

At this point I'd just forget about the whole thing. Don't go back and confront them yourself, you'll be the one who gets arrested (and maybe sued). Telling the police two days after that fact that two homeless guys spit on you is just wasting your time.

ok there are a few options here, first....give them something and then report it stolen and tell the police that you saw them with it...Maybe hre them to do some yard work, give them some jewelry or somehting small and very expensive and then report it stolen and direct the police to them...give them some drugs and call the police but since they are bums the jail time would be like a present to them so like was already said, hire some kids from around the way and let them fuck them up

Get some pepper spray! They have this one its called Bear repellent --- make sure you get the kind that is foam--- very important------- so what you do is take a bill wrap it around some cards or paper to make it look like its a knot of cash,, Walk buy them and drop it time it so you get back when they do/// if that's too hard. Just offer some cash and when they come to get it hit with the foam and split.
If you get caught no way the cops bother you and you involve noone but you and the fucks get it and let them know everytime you see them you will spray them. I have used it many times and believe me you dont want it twice! They will drop fast Dont kick em its too mean lol |

That story reminds me of what happened to me in the spring.
I was on a 14 hour Ferry ( Boat ) ride and sitting in the bar with my in-laws, wife and 4 year old nephew when some guy, 100% unprovked or even noticed before the incident walked up to me and called me a pretty boy, said he wanted to fight and spit on me. I am not a fellah know for my patience or tollerance but what do you do with your mother-in-law, wife and nephew sitting there. Instinct made me jump up and want to beat the living crap out of him, then I thought I had a brush with some form of maturity and told the guy to get out of my face, I was not interested. The bartender came by at the same time and I whispered to the bartender to get him the fuck out of my face before I killed the prick. The bartender ask him to leave and he mouthed off again calling me a pussy. I let it go and was sitting brewing and wished I just beat the living hell out of him so I was not sitting there feeling like I should have and sure enough the asshole came back and started again. I motioned to the bartender to get him out of there and he shrugged his shoulders ... So I told my wife and in-laws that I was going to go to the bathroom, knowing that he would follow me. When he came in the bathroom I beat him a little more than I guess I should have and then went and told the bartender that some guy apparently slipped on the wet floor in the bathroom and smiled. He smiled back and I thought the was the end of it until I went to drive off the boat and the police were waiting for me. I was charged with assault causing bodily harm and got locked up overnight. It turned out that when the police arrested me, that other people that were in the bar stopped and explained to the police had really happened and the crown dropped the charges against me. There is really a sickly feeling of helplessness though when your family is with you and you know that a confrontation may wind up getting them harmed too. That feeling still stands out in my mind.

i agree with leaving instead of making a frightening scene in front of the kid. let the bum be the "bad guy" - you don't have to be.
i'd let the police know. they might want to move that particular bum away from such a populated place where he will annoy, assault and harrass many. locking him up is pointless, but chasing him off to an industrial zone will keep him from bothering many people. as far as honor - anything ya can't do in front of your child isn't honorable. to me, it's that simple. if someone needs respect enough to have to beat up a homeless nut, it's just macho bullshit and the sign of someone who needs to "prove" himself - it's not respect at all.
