What do you use to and how often do you backup your server(s) data?
If you don't buckup your server data, I'd also like to know.

Get a RAID volume 1 or 5
This way your data is automatically backed up. I would invest into some decent Seagate harddrives and a good Adaptec RAID card. You can follow the other guys advice and just setup a crontab to copy to a different harddrive but the RAID does it automatically at the time that the data is written, hence its practically 0 data loss in the case of a problem. To take it to an extreme, usually used for backing up financial data, I would either backup to a different machine, preferably in a different physical location entirely, OR backup to a tape drive and collect tapes every so often from the data center to introduce physical redundancy as well.
