Since Jenna is very articulate and defends the adult industry, she might be a good person to contact Bill O'Reilly to bring visibility to this Acacia and other broad patent lawsuits.

While Bill may try to make some remark about the adult industry or may even applaud Acacia's efforts to shutdown the industry, given more than a 30 second read of the issues at http://www.FightThisPatent.com he would see that this issue affects everyone, including Fox News.. gee.. don't they have streaming audio and video on their website???

If anyone can get the message to her to check out the website and get this to Bill's attention, it would be appreciated by all of us trying to fight this fight.

seems to me if you don't set it up as streaming then you don't have to worry about patent infringement. Streaming is greedy. Just let people download the things..

Acacia's patents aren't limited to streaming.... its the delivery of digitized audio and video.

So clicking on an mpeg, avi, mp3, etc IS all covered in their claim. That's why this is such a big issue.

i want to go to court for this. we'd have a blast. a few bozo dotcoms tried this shit and they keep getting overturned in court. unfortunately, we are incorporated offshore. so no chance of lawsuit.
