I am opening a restaurant that sells Burgers, Hotdogs and
shit like that.. soon I am opening a Bar

of course, I have lots of cars and houses as well.

JR - my family owned a couple of restaurants for a long time, then the recession of the early 90's hit. The only things that kept them afloat were their top notch bars. Go with the bar first, you will learn alot about the business, and if you make a bad decision it is pretty easy to recover from. Restaurants are a whole nother story.

Unless you have experience. In any case, best of luck!

Our place is located in a great spot, low rent and overhead.
I have owned a similiar place like this in Calif. and
it profited about 20k a month after all bills/expenses.

My wife runs it, its a great concept that few places have.

Fresh, non frozen burgers from a local butcher.
Hand Patted Daily,

Fresh buns from a real bakery..
HandCut French Fries from a real potato, not frozen.
Old Fashioned Steam All beef dogs, the kind you have
to cut the ends off of.

People love this shit, In most any town, you can't find
food this fresh.. we carry like 15 different burgers.

Sounds like you got it down. I didn't take into consideration what you were selling, that always works well no matter what the economy is. We had a 15-30 dollar a plate restaurant, not the same story.

Yeah, its a great product that everyone likes!

We have alot of locals already to eat.

Its a lot of fucking work, different sub contractors
doing different shit, fire protection systems, blah blah blah.

But, I do like getting into something different besides
adult main stream.

Easily, my front company to my new neighbors..lol...

I think we are going to charge $6.50 for

If you compare to Mc Donalds, your paying
a buck or two more for *fresh* food that
tasts a hell of a lot better.

I hope within 9-12 months to open a second
location about 15 mins away.. to server another
nearby community.

I know marketing so this is pretty easy.. porn marketing
is not much different then mainstream stuff.
