I'm going to start producing my own foot-fetish material (not porn); I'm based in Italy, and I was wondering if I need to use the forms anyway.

Moreover, the only form I found is available at coollawyer.com for $99... They must be mad, that's only a text page!
Anyone knows where I can find a cheaper form - assuming that I need to use it?

As foot fetish is no porn you are not required to keep the documentation. However the usual model release you should have due to the fact that you are publishing pictures of models even if there are only foot images.
