I'm going to start producing my own foot-fetish material (not porn); I'm based in Italy, and I was wondering if I need to use the forms anyway.

Moreover, the only form I found is available at coollawyer.com for $99... They must be mad, that's only a text page!
Anyone knows where I can find a cheaper form - assuming that I need to use it?
