when do i begin to spam?
i have 55 free joins on my site that want to recieve emails.
should i let it build some more before i start harrassing them?

start harassing them now, if you leave it to long they wont remember they joined even, and will probably cancel straight away, hit them with a decent newsletter from the start with free stuff and sponsors
