I have a friend like that, almost finished her degree but didn't....
She just lies and says she has her degree, and said jobs usually don't check. Last time I considered getting a job years ago, she was telling me I should do this.
I also know people who have purchased things such as cosmetology licenses in downtown los angeles, and actively work in expensive salons. :1orglaugh |
