dude, the electric company mall is across from nc state - that's the 2000 block of hillsborough st - the 100 block of hillsborough st is in downtown raleigh near the state capitol, actually it starts at the state capitol and it's called edenton st for a couple of blocks then turns into hillsborough st, and there are no businesses in the 100 block - only the back and sides of the gov buildings

Yep, you're right. In fact, the post office says that Hillsborough St isn't even in the 27601 Zip Code. So, we definitely have a third-party billing solution with bad whois info on file.

you're both right- it is on hillsborough st. get your directions right 610 hillsborough st. suite 103 located between char grille and snoopy's--now go check it out!!
And in this building you are right again--there are condos on top of three existing businesses.
