haha, i was talking to a guy that was trying to sell a domain with _no_ traffic and not even a google listing for $10 MILLION dollars. he had a somewhat reasonable justification for the domain, assuming the domain had revenue or traffic.
but, based on his justification, it would take most likely at least 5.5 years to pay off the domain, with no concerns taken for the actual operation costs of the biz
