It's not libel unless he is defaming an innocent Easton and Easton's lawyers can prove so in a court of law (or compel Brad to settle out of court). The burden of proof is on the accuser to prove defamation and libel, not the accused to prove jack shit.

So if Easton wants to win a defamation suit, all he has to do is prove that he didn't do coke or have someone do coke off his cock at the porn convention and that Brad made it up to slander him.

The issue wouldn't be specifically if someone did coke off his cock. That has nothing to do with the defamation and libel. The issue is simply whether or not Easton does coke. From what I have heard and read, the witness list to that point would be pretty long.

Technically I suppose that fubar could sue for C.I. Although, proving damages would be difficult, I don't see any. I also don't think that they would have much time to spend on the C.I. case while they defend themselves from the countless misappropriation suits filed against them by all the people in the pictures on their website that never gave consent to be published.
