The Dirty Harry movies with Clint Eastwood have violent rape and murder in them. Should they be illegal too?

What about pretending to murder someone in a mainstream movie, should that be illegal?

This comparison comes up time and time again, and I have yet to see someone make a reasonable case as to why there is a difference - and there is a BIG difference. It's about context. Mainstream movies almost never portray rape as a desirable thing.

I could babble about this but I'm too tired.
