I have been with my hosting company since Febuary 2003 and I have had 100% uptime (so far) (knock knock on wood baby)
I am upgrading to a dedicated server soon for a very cheap price and a lot of added services like cpanel and whm which makes it easy for an idiot like myself. I can not get them on the phone but they answer emails in minutes the longest wait to-date has been 4 hours but I send them email all the time because if they do not respond in less than 24 hours they offer a free month. http://69adulthost.com if you go please tell them I sent you so I can ger a free month for that too. (but wait until I get my server so my free month will be more)

Today is day 31 I've been waiting to get a domain forwarding issue resolved with candid. The issue has been 90% resolved. Still waiting though...
