great art (well...this is a logo contest, so lets not take it too far........;-) is all about having a eye for design and color....

Why do things the hard way? Thats like trying to show this generation that your pen and pad is better then there computer.

all the photoshop effects are cheap if you use them straight out of the box.

design has a lot to do with text, color and layout, etc. not 3d effect and drop shadows, althought that has its place.
