The first two, would be consensual acts.... rape isn't consensual.
there is your distinction.

No, I equate illegal acts with illegal acts. As that is your primary concern is it not? Rape and beast are illegal so there should be no websites. Shit eating is not "natural" so they should not be allowed either. Taking a 14 inch cock in your ass is not natural.

Show me a website with women actually being raped.

Edit. re-read. So now its not a legal issue, its a consent issue?

Geez... Did not expect that you start talking about fantasies and so on on this issue.

Seems te be that there are a lot of different opions on: How to run a decent PORN website without being a crook.

Are all the online pornsites not online for one reason: Making money out of it?

Who put the kiddy-shit into this topic?

Get back to the nature of this topic and forget all the regulations in your own state/country.

Visa is not paying attention to that also.

Everyone seems to be forgetting (although pointed out by a few insightful posters)

1. Visa is a private company. They can choose not to do business with anyone they so choose. Claiming they are discriminating against you is like claiming the Hun discriminates against you because he won't list certain types of galleries. Get a life.

2. Visa is not a monopoly. They provide a form of payment. By and large, cash, checks, barter, other charge companies, and other forms of payment, when taken togehter, dwarf Visa's share of the payment processing industry. Forget it folks, Visa to paying my bills is nowehere near Microsoft to running my computer.

3. Visa is not an extension of any government, thus, they cannot censor. They just choose not to do business with some of us.

4. Whole fucking industires, very large ones, exist without ever taking a visa card. They do very fine, thank you.

If you want to offer content featuring people shitting on horses while they fuck their girlfriends, be prepared to think outside of the box on your payment solutions, because there are not alot of people that want to do business with you. That, in and of itself, is a significant business advantage if you know how to use it.

And, btw, this has nothing to do with any particular country. By and large, most countries are far more restrictive on acceptable content than the US, for example (I have had this tiresome argument far to often. Just because it is ok to show tits on a Fench beach does not mean the Spanish are friendly to dog fucking). It is just one fucking company deciding what they want to process for. If you wish to offer content that they choose not to process, find another way to get paid.

Re-read my post about Visa being a private corporation on page 2 of this thread.

That point is still being missed it seems.

Don't understand why you guys always bring that back to the US!
We are not talking about VISA US here, but VISA International. So stop looking at your belly button constantly.

And since you brought it up, All Europe, aside from the anglo-saxons countries, are way more permessive than the US and each of their local sheriff's. Ask Steiner ( Max Hardcore) about that.

FYI, Beast is legal-tolarated in France and Spain ( I really don't uinderstand your rant...). It is also legal in Italy, Holland and probably other countries.

The point of this thread is to focus on the fact that a private company, which holds a major part of the processing possibilities, can decide not to supply services to a legitimate business.

So if one day there is a political canditate who is not " proper", they could decide to prevent him from using VISA to raise funds for a political campaign...

So if you don't like what Visa decides is good for its bottom line, then quit bitching and take your business elsewhere.
There are plenty of other ways to take a surfer's money, NO ONE is forcing you to use Visa.
