If you want to go through with this, there has to be some rules and regulations laid down. But since we have no way of knowing, it seems pointless. Also, not ejaculating for extended periods of time is very unhealthy and as far as I know can lead to complications with your prostate.

Aside from that, you also happen to be a guy, so I highly doubt you could go without any kind of stimulation for a year.
