A good site to incorporate in Europe?

Anyone knows a good site to incorporate in Europe? And in your opinion, where is the best place to incorporate in Europe?

Yups. My biggest problem with them was the time difference. It is a different continent. Other than that, smooth sailing. These guys are pros. And totally anonymous. And they respond to e-mail.

Yup!

We have a few corps in different jurisdictions and so far not one has been anything but professional!

Something.. don't know if you have the same thoughts.. Our "modus operandi" is to place each small group of paysites under a corp and use processors in that region. Then another corp with a small group of sites and a "fresh face" with processors and vary the processors. Not allowing any one processor to carry high volumes of recurring revenue... Just a thought!

EH? Think you need to look at Google and a few formation agents in Gib - they all publish the same info. The formation side is formality stuff. What kind of opinions/urls you after? On processors? Think p00p and I have given "opinions" already and we both operate Gib corps.

If all you can do is fall asleep I sure ain't got the time to waste in some "education" on offshore's.

Look it up yourself and forget relying on others - it is obviously a waste of time!

since you're slow I will explain again I'm looking for "several different" opinions and "several different" sites to look at so I can make up my mind....

If you go and ask opinions about what are the good sponsors, good car dealers , cool bars to hang out or nice cities to visit , are you usualy looking for 1 choice or several different choices so you can make up you mind? you get it now ? I hope so

No.. I ain't "slow" when it comes to offshore!

If you are thinking Europe as indicated by your thread title, you have three options, UK, Gib and Cyprus. The latter is not really a candidate for webmasters. There are no more viable "options".

By the way, "sites" should read "counties" or jurisdictions.

If you need a EU company for an EU merchant account you should contact http://www.vxsbill.com/

They can set you up with a company in NL with an adult merchant account.

And for a Cyrpus company I can reccomend http://www.global-money.com/

With a Cyprus company you can get an adult MA in for example Germany or Israel at EBS in Germany.

Now your talking "quality" in a processor!! Would you think for one minute a processor that handles bestiality sites is going to be safe for recurring revenue??? Think not!!

No you're not slow at all...

Actually I'm looking for "sites" , "web sites" if you prefer ...In case you don't know, nowadays several companies have a spot in the cyberspace and we usualy call it a "web site" ...but most people in the cyber world just say "site" ... i.e. "gofuckyourself is a great site" . Does that make more sense?

I'm just looking for suggestions, you gave me yours, thank you....now Mister Webby, would you ALLOW me to get opinions from other members of this board? Do I have your permission?

They are not a third party biller, all they do is help you to get your own Dutch company and your own Dutch MA. You can use their software (vxsbill), but you can also use it with your own software.

Zoopartners is just someone who uses their services.

You on some affliate deal there?

Example:
Quote:
U.K. Limited Companies & U.K. Corporate Bank A/Cs @ ?1390.00
These cost about $300 and nothing to open a bank account - just give the bank the info!

Hell.. I'll quit the adult biz and do them all day long!!

It sure is!!

What the hell does "I'm looking for sites that set up corporations in Europe" mean???

Corporations are set up by formation agents.

What DO you mean... getting even more curious?

K! Then I give up...

You mean websites that host company formation agents in Europe?

Answer.. look at the cross referenced post at the start of this thread and Google.

You mean adult websites of companies who have incorporated in Europe?

Answer.. what for? They are the same as any other adult websites.

I'm done!

Wow that's me that should actually give up hehe....I explained you above, I'm not sure if you're just fucking with me or you actually don't understand...

I'm looking for companies that help people get incorporated in Europe. There are numerous companies that do that for the USA, and I have dealt with one in the past. Now I'm looking for one that can help get one in Europe. Since we are on the net, I'd like to deal with a company which have an online presence i.e. a website . Poop posted this url http://www.gibraltaroffshore.com, that seems to be an exemple of a website (online company) that help people get a corporation in Gibraltar. Now I glad he posted this url but I'd like to get more if possible....

Now is that more clear?

French Canadians are fiery people. If you read his posts, thinking they are made with a French accent, they don't seem so snappy.

I have read Webby's posts in this thread and I've also read some very helpfull posts by Webby on this topic in other threads. Webby apparently has some experience in this area and is clearly willing to help people. So if you don't like the way he reacted to your posts, I suspect you only have yourself to blame.

I don't question is knowledge regarding this topic or his willingness to help others in general. But the fact is that he was condescending so I replied accordingly. Anyway no hard feelings, we just misunderstood each others....

K! Na.. I certainly was not fucking with you! Ain't got time for that.

OK... Let's start again! Any website that offers company formation in Europe will set up a company and deal with all the paper shuffling. The example quoted by p00p is one:

http://www.gibraltaroffshore.com

Search Google under "Gibraltar company formation" and about 12K links are returned. Many of these links are a kinda education process in what offshore can offer.

The other comment on this is.. dump obvious doorway spam and deal direct with a company actually in Gibraltar. These companies usually have a few lawyers/barristers involved and they will provide any legal advice you may require. (I have found from past experience there is just no point in speaking with an "onshore" lawyer on the subject of "offshore".)

I'm looking for companies that help people get incorporated in Europe. There are numerous companies that do that for the USA, and I have dealt with one in the past. Now I'm looking for one that can help get one in Europe.
All the companies listed in the cross-ref thread at the top on this page do this. In real life it is simple formality stuff - they fill in forms, take em along to the registry, get them stamped, pay some duty and it is done.

I'm smelling you may be searching for more than this.. possibly banking? If so, I'd recommend that you handle banking yourself in an offshore jurisidiction. It is known, but not customary to divulge the locations and accounts of an offshore banks to any nominee directors. Once you get a POA (power of attroney) with your offshore, you can do as you wish in opening bank accounts etc - nominee directors are not involved in this.

If you want some suggestions for offshore banks, I can do this.

K! Hope this helps! If you want to know something specific - post away!

Yes thank you

Actually I contacted my tax consultant who's going to handle all taxes etc..he wasn't sure yet where is the best place to get a corporation in Europe as taxes might be an issue. That's why I'm looking around on the net...Gibraltar seems a good choice as it's apparently tax free but I still wonder what are the other good options if there are any...I've heard Luxembourg is also a good place? Not sure if it's true...UK comes out often as well...

I'd think that Gib may be the best for what you may want. Apart from the "no taxes" scenario, it is a genuine offshore with no tax treaties with other countries - this is going to provide you a greater degree of "flexibility" and confidentiality in handling things to suit :-)

Luxemborg is more "fussy" as an offshore and is more geared to high value transactions, trusts and banking.

UK is not an offshore unfortunately *g*, but the cost of company formation is low and you only need paperwork from the Inland Revenue confirming no trading is taking place within the UK - from that point onwards the company will not be getting tax demands. The downside there is there is a tax treaty between UK and Canada and nothing is a "secret".

I better mention.. we spent a long time speaking with accountants onshore and cannot say that one of them was qualified to speak of this, other than the "textbook version". We then travelled the world speaking to *actual* offshore accountants and lawyers and the difference was dramatic. It took me the best part of six months afterwards to realize I was "free"!!

Should you elect to actually use an offshore, that may not be the subject you discuss with your local accountant. Depending on your circumstances, all he needs to know is you send invoices to a foreign corp for work done and in return, you are paid and in turn, pay local taxes on this. It is not "usual" for a person onshore to even discuss the existance of any "offshore corp" :-)

But.. bottom line is - all of these places are within the Euro banking region and offer the facility to use any processors within Europe.

The stuff on this thread does not apply to US citizens - else your comment would be appropriate!

Unfortunately the US is the one country that does not offer it's citizens the freedom to do as they see fit with their money re international trading.

Ah.. there are another three countries like the US in this respect, - Lybia, Saudi and some other backward country.
