I gotta lose some weight

Whats good place to start?

Ex. Eating certain foods, Running, etc,.

I wanna lose about 20 pounds.

Eating less, watch your fat. Dont necessariliy have to run, walk a three miles a day four times a week would be good. That would knock off 20 lbs in about 8 weeks

what i did to lose some weight was stopped buying pretty much all junk food, stopped eating chips, fast food, eating late at night. stopped drinking so much pepsi and started drinking more water. excersize is good too but i was too lazy to get much of that but it still lost 20 pounds over the course of a few months.

i've started selling a bunch of junk on ebay so I have to walk to the post office (a mile away) a couple times a week.
