Whats good place to start?
Ex. Eating certain foods, Running, etc,. I wanna lose about 20 pounds. |

what i did to lose some weight was stopped buying pretty much all junk food, stopped eating chips, fast food, eating late at night. stopped drinking so much pepsi and started drinking more water. excersize is good too but i was too lazy to get much of that but it still lost 20 pounds over the course of a few months.

i've started selling a bunch of junk on ebay so I have to walk to the post office (a mile away) a couple times a week.

1 deli sandwich for lunch 18 pack for dinner |
Watch your good and exercise.
That's all man. Try exercising in the morning BEFORE eating. You burn the most then. Good luck Also, hit the gym and become muscular :) |
