comcast cable

has anyone installed their shitty ass little thing so you could get the modem working and stuff? they install all this bullshit and anyway i got most of it uninstalled everything except that i could not figure out how to change the icon in IE back to normal...

im talking about the little globe and shit that spins when you go to a website, its now stuck as a big ugly comcast logo

anyone know how to change it?

Comcast is solid.
Just disregard that crap modem they try to give you to start off with and ask for the motorolla one.


Try their online tech support, they actually know what they are doing for the most part.

don't worry about that big ugly "C", thats ok.

as long as the install went ok and your on the net, who gives a fxxk about an icon.
at least I don't.

if you are new to cable net it rocks for most part, fast. not T1 but PDQ.

Comcast support is cool too. They atually know what they are doing.

the software is for the modem. You can change computers and not need the cd as long as you change the settings.
