Are Dialers Affected By New Rules?
All the current situations with billing and whatnot, will this affect dialers at all?
or are they scott free because they dont use a CC to pay?

been thinking the same thing myself.
if a paysite goes totally with dialers what would that do to the bottom line? I know Europeans are accoustomed to paying for online with a phone charge but what about US surfers? I am afraid that some American surfers would think a dialer is the "kiss of death" and just would not have anything to do with it. what do you think? |

It would be a windfall for ACH (checks).

The current dialer in Europe will change alot within the next year.
Their popularity is not what it used to be? But if you can get into some of the newer technologies early then there will be alot of money to be made.
