The RAII is bucking for disaster if these are their tactics. The story above shows the 1,000 or so subpeonas handed out in one week against music file sharing. ISPs are giving up personal info like a mo-fo and I hope they triple check their info because if they make ONE goof up, and if they goof up and go after a minor it'll be hell to pay. |
