i'd like to as a favor of someone who can read Chinese. I have a URL that I dont understand, some kind of an error and i'd like to know what it is... pls IM me if you can help me out and ill send you the url... thx in advance...

I'm getting an empty page under both IE and Opera.

Header says something about transitiional and the char set
is 1252 for windows. *SHURG*

Ok, I finally got some kind of an error with graphic of what
appears to be a cartoon girl and a dog. If this is the page...

Basic jest , as I said tech characters are lacking this side.

1. The address may not have any pages
2. The port being accessed, may be wrong
3. There may be a missing page
4. (really fuzzy on this one) Don't have a Signpost account
