Seems to be fixed. I can't comment on what I can't see, so there may be more double bills. According to feedback from my members, the likelihood is high. We will see what the customers say about their credit card statement. From 7/11/03 to 7/19/03, which is the last time I checked, members could not access members area using their Sub id. System was telling them, the id was not active, go back and sigup again, the id had expired. The usernames and passwords that are being entered by the members upon signup are not showing in the cmi, nor am I receiving emails notifying me of signups. I need access to that info. This affected 8 members, that I am aware of, so the possibility of 8 refunds and 8 chargebacks exist, if not more. I will not bear the financial brunt of ibill system error. I am not receiving emails when I get a signup, therefor, I wouldn't know if I am being credited properly for my sales since there is possibly no record on ibill's end either. Let's not even discuss the accouting reports, as they are obviously, utterly worthless. I know I am not the only one affected by this, but I still need resolution. The situation is out of control and going down hill swiftly. I am paying ibill a pretty steep fee. Too much to have to go over all of your work and be a watch dog. I am paying you for that but it isn't working out. I spend hours tracking your administrative blunders and fielding customer service for members of my site, only to be charged and charged so much there is nothing left for me. Do you know that on 7/1/03 my check was $32.00 or some nonsense? Why? Because of all your charges. Do not tell me it's visa. It's not visa. It is ibill making the mistakes and bearing me financial hardship. I should not have to put so much time into policing ibill. I expect proper documentation and backup be available to me for all transactions, past, present and future. Let me know when we can expect cmi functionality and credible reporting. If they couldn't find my guys transaction # and just deleted him from the system it can happen to anyone. I know ibill sucks so i watch my shit like a pitbull. They can easily not post sales aand transactions to the cmi. It can easily go undetected. I caught this mistake and they still couldn't find the transaction. I bet I've gotten signups for my site that I was never paid for. I am sure of it, given ibill's performance, i have no doubt in my mind i have had signups that i never got paid for, and never even knew existed. i do not get emails every time i get a signup. sometime i do and sometimes i don't. when i don't i findout by accident the next time i go to the cmi that someone signed up. so why would i tbe so hard to imagine some sales and charges never make it to the cmi at all. oh, did i fucking mention, i motherfucking hate ibill and am convinced they are run by a bunch of incompetant loosers.:BangBang: :feels-hot :ak47: :321GFY by the way, can anyone help me figure out the coding and data base shit so i can finally sign up with another processor? please! |
Didn't read every entry in this thread, but I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. Our customers got rebilled FOUR (4) times. It's not just you. Fucking unbelievable.

globill is gone!!!!! the whole industry is fucked up and now matercard says you can not advertise a price, you have to use a phrase such as, memberships start as low as $3.95 or what ever. and under m/c your payment processor is the one selling the good, not you at all. ibill won't stand up for their clients, any ideas on where to go for payment processing? i hace been with ibill since 2000 and i just can't take it anymore. all of them, ibill, visa, m/c, they should all get fucking naked and fuck on the internet, they are getting paid like porn entertainers so the should start acting like it. and they better start going after the diry fucking bastards that sign up for sites and committ fraud when their wife finds the damn bill. visa & m/c clients are the fraudulent ones and they get away scott free. damnnnnnnnnnnnn |
