Doing websites or selling content? - GoFuckYourself.com

Awhile ago I started promoting affiliate programs and it generated a good income, so I decided to produce some content and later on create websites on my own. I have about 20 asian and european amateur models (mostly first timers) with 5 to 10 sets (between 40 and 150 pics per set) all together and am thinking of making 3 sites for the start.

Hell, now after creating the first site I find out what a tough job it is to built sites and even tougher, do the maketing and promotion for them. Signups to the first site are starting to come in, but over that I get inquiries of other webmasters, if I would sell my content to them.

Is it better to sell content? or is the work well spent into creating my own site with content nobody else has?

If you can shoot your own content AND have sites for it that have a market, then you're way better off getting members to your site paying $25/month then selling a copy of a set for the same.

If you have original content, you shouldn't have too hard of a time getting webmaster to promote you if you use a good 3rd party processor like ccbill.

Wenn Du den Content verkaufen willst, dann solltest Du vor allen Dingen bei den Modellen auf einen ordentlichen Vertrag achten. Auch das Alter der Modelle muss klar nachzuweisen sein. Viele Webmaster die Amateur-Content produzieren wissen nicht genau wie ein solcher Vertrag aussehen soll und wie man sich rechtlich absichern kann. Einfach Geld zu zahlen und dann Photos zu schiessen reicht leider nicht aus.

Was macht ein Webmaster der das Alter der Modelle nicht klar nachweisen kann? Was passiert, wenn Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft wegen z.B. einer anonymen Anzeige ermitteln? Was nicht gerne hier gesagt wird: Einige ehemalige Content-Produzenten die auch hier im Board vertreten waren sitzen wegen solcher Sachen im Knast. Teilweise für viele Jahre. LPzip z.B. war eine gut gehende Content-Seite. Bis... naja, den Rest kannst Du Dir denken.

Und selbst wenn das Alter der Modelle nachgewiesen werden kann: Hast Du einen rechtssicheren Vertrag mit den Modellen über die Verwendung geschlossen? Das hört sich jetzt dumm an, aber was machst Du, wenn Du zwar die Bilder schießen, diese aber nicht AUSDRÜCKLICH auch über das Internet verbreiten/verkaufen durftest. Da kann Dir dann eine Geldgeile Thai-Tussi schnell zum Verhängnis werden.

Allgemein rate ich auch zur Pay-Seite. Doch warum den Content nicht auch verkaufen. Wenn alle Bilder die ich jemals produziert habe und die heute irgendwo im Internet zur Verfügung stehen auch bezahlt worden wären... ich hätte schon Millionen zusammen. Genau so wird das auch mit Deiner Seite und den Exclusiv-Bildern laufen: Verbreitung im User-Net, über Foren, TGPs und in fremden Mitgliedsbereichen. Egal ob Du die Bilder nun verkaufst oder nur auf Deiner Seite anbietest. Soviel Geld um gegen Missbrauch effektiv vorzugehen haben selbst die großen Firmen (Playboy etc.) nicht. Die besten und aktuellsten Produktionen kannst du exclusiv auf Deiner Seite und im Vorschau-Bereich präsentieren. Den Rest dann möglichst teuer an andere Webmaster verhökern...

Mich würde übrigens (ich frage glaube ich alle Produzenten danach) interessieren welche Kamera (Video oder Photo) für die Produktion nutzt.

that is the most devastating comment I could get. Are the pics so bad? Well, I never had a "day job" in my life. I was a professional boxer before ... and I need to get used to sit on the mac many hours a day .... but I still get a lot of nice pussy in real life ... you think my picture quality is so bad ????

Wie ghut dass iche ein wenig deutsche kann. es ist eine fuji finepix pro s2. 12 mio pixelkowskis. tolle, weil sie nikon objektive akzeptiert. den analoge schrott ich verkaufen vorher auf ebay. ich arbeite mit 2 oder 3 slave flashes. hoffe gehilft zu haben.

ps. kontrakte sind wasserfest, habe 7 semester jura in mainz studiert .-))) und finish in slovakei. auch wenn mein deutsche nicht so gut ist, massgeblich ist in meinem casus das recht in der slovakischen pepublik und den usa.

the actual photography itself isn't too bad.... the final production is pretty rough though...
