This isn't about 1 email. It's about his use of email addresses that he has aquired from "somewhere", which is NOT an Opt-In list, and he didn't add a REMOVE link at the bottom, therefore it is considered true-blue SPAM, and I for one am not fond of spam mail... and it also happens to be illegal in the way that he did it.

So, first of all, it's about, where the fuck did he get my email address from... and second, now that I have his email address, I am likely to sign him up for every spam list known to the universe... and I would tend to urge others to do the same.

This action of his demands retribution... as well as a public appology for his lack of tact.

Mkay. How do you know he sent it? I get plenty of virus emails from [email protected] and I'm not retarded enough to suspect they actually did it. I'm not saying he couldn't have sent the mail, but innocent until proven guilty. If the guy has posted the exact same message on some smaller BBS's earlier, why couldn't some hater just copypasted it and sent it in his name?

Well it doesn't matter much about the email.. However, he DID make the post on several boards. Not that it matters one lick either way.. but I think a lot of people are believing it because they know he actually did author the message itself.. If someone's spoofing it, I hope someone does the same thing to them.
