I have had a lot of luck with One Model Place. Nothing else has been big enough to really give any results, so the rest of my models have come from word of mouth, or small local sites.

by the way i run frenchmodels.net but its idle at the moment as i'm waiting for a script being made. you still can register and browse the catalogue. and will hook you up whith models on demand.
