I just dont undestand lowering payouts
somebody please tell me how it makes since.
if a dickhead is gonna chargeback he is gonna chargeback so $10 is no big deal, he's still gonna chargeback why not mail his membership info to his wife? seems like a good deterrent

By lowering payments the sponsors can use that $10 to buy 2 trial memberships themselves to keep the chargeback rate under 1%.
