See, here's the delima. I could rename these files and thank him for the 404 traffic straight to my main page but that would cause all the galleries I've submitted with these movies to 404 as well.

So since I'm being cheated I will be seen as a cheater for trying to prevent it.

What shoud I do about this prick?

Use htaccess to redirect hits when the Referer line contains his domain in it.

Something like that should do the trick.
