verotel issues
does anyone else use verotel for billing? one of the people i host uses verotel and supposedly verotel.com (which manages signups and the reporting - everything) has been down for three days now.
this doesn't sound like a proper financial type establishment. has anyone else heard anything along the grapevine?

ooh thanks for pointing that out. i was trying to hit their normal site. https:// still works. good thing too, i'm going to yank the user database for this site and setup another means of payment processing.
their account area part of the site is infantile too. slow as hell and full of bugs.

The systems should be coming back to normal now if not already back in some regions. However, I think there have been some DNS updates so it may just be a matter of time before the updated DNS reaches your network.
If you cannot get to www.verotel.com to log into the Control Center, try https://secure.verotel.com |
