Crock pots kick ass!
I love throwing in a beef roast with some carrots and potatoes early in the morning... stop by later that afternoon and dinner is done man!

2 Day Chili.............With every meat you can imagine. Turkey, burger, steak , chicken , sausage ,chorizo......kidney and black beans. .................2 days and it is perfect.

My mom gave me her old crock pot on Sunday.
Monday I put a roast in it and it's STILL NOT DONE No wonder she gave it to me. |

Mexican Chicken Chowder
2 1/2 cups of chopped cooked chicken 1 11 ounce can of whole kernel corn with sweet peppers drained 1 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed cream of potatoe soup 1 4 ounce can of diced green chili peppers 2 tablesppons of snipped fresh cilantro 1 1 1/4 once envelope taco seasoning mix 3 cups of chicken broth 1 8 ounce carton of dairy sour cream 1/2 of 8 ounce package cheese spread with jalapeno peppers ( I use jalapeno cheese instead ) 1. in crock pot combine all ingredients but cheese and sour cream cover and cool low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high 4 to 5 hours 2. then stour in sour cream and cheese over and let stand for 5 minutes Stir, cool and EAT !
