2 tablesppons of snipped fresh cilantro
1 1 1/4 once envelope taco seasoning mix
3 cups of chicken broth

1 8 ounce carton of dairy sour cream
1/2 of 8 ounce package cheese spread with jalapeno peppers

( I use jalapeno cheese instead )

1. in crock pot combine all ingredients but cheese and sour cream

cover and cool low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high 4 to 5 hours

2. then stour in sour cream and cheese over and let stand for 5 minutes

Stir, cool and EAT !

OH MY GOD! That is one of my most favourite recipies!!!!!! I used to take it to school in a thermos for lunch. Now I make HUGE amounts of it and keep it in the freezer for whenever I need a fix!

I love my crock pot too. Besides making the above, I also use it for Spaghetti sauce and Chili. Nothing better than a soup or sauce that has been slowly bubbling away for at LEAST 6 hours.

Dammit, now I'm hungry!
