so we're out in a powerboat today.... havin' some brews, pulling a tube and a kneeboard.... havin' a good time....

then we watched another boat burn down.

then we rescued a guy with a flipped Hobie Cat.

so we're back to tubin'.... the rope breaks.

we're trying to fix the rope and now it's caught in the prop.

we get the rope unsnaggled.... and one of the girls gets wrapped ina giant Portugese Man O War.... it's all in her hair, around her neck, all the way down to her feet... she's screaming. The rest of us got nailed by the thing trying to pull it off her. I was already in the water, so I escaped most of it, but got tagged on the face.

Man that shit burns!

time for a beer I think.

Man-O-War are different from jellyfish.... jellyfish are able to propel themselves, whereas a Man-O-War cannot.... they're at the mercy of the currents, and basically just drift.

Every time we go on holiday my buddy makes me go to the beach which I also hate and then eventually they all grab me and throw me in the water.

One year I went out on a paddle boat with my friend and our girlfriends. He bet me £20 I wouldn't jump in the water )we were pretty far out on the boat) and I said ok then I'll do it. I didn't do it for the money, just to shut the fucker up.

As I dived into the water, I came back up and the fucker was laughing and peddling away from me to leave me there. I swam after him - caught him - got on the boat and then threw him out!!

Fucker won't do that to me again! But yeah I am terrified of the ocean! Fuck knows what lingering below you waiting to eat some donner!!!

The fucker is only about 2 inches long and almost invible (very thin skinned, just a bit green), but luckely only lives in 2 bays in the world....
