if this thread is intended for you , you should know who i am heh...
to put it concisely, there were probably about 3 people you shoulda talked to... james, globe and I, and im the only one who was left out (my connection was actually dead durin it all heh nice timing huh) i aint fucktarded so i know what the basic deal is... but i'd like to talk to someone specifically about the shits... haha ive been gettin bitched at all day on AIM and MSN and on random forums and i dont have anythin to tell the lil discontent bastards   cmon at least humor me here heh... |

you think i really mind?? i didnt get anythin from that forum... i get mosta the shit personally and sometimes i'd just share it... worst part for me is the hassle of havin to explain to everyone why they'll have to get their shit thru file transfer now... 1. if i admitted i stole it, why the fuck would i think i made it? i was referring to "my" forum... 2. actually i havent posted pics in a long time, red x's were too much of a pain in the ass... like i said im lazy... 3. first thread i posted as mod was rules... no hotlinking URLs or pics... 4. crying like a bitch? hahah like goin around tryin to shut down sites? ive already said i really dont give a fuck... but now i have 1 less thing to occupy me in my free time so i figured i'd see if i could get a decent informative response about it... 5. i know my economics... and put yer popcorn away... if i was gonna call everyone here a buncha clever insulting names and post some teh 1337 ownt pics i'da done it right off the bat... |

You're not puttin' anyone outta business. But the way I see it, they had every right to protect their investment and shut down thieves when and where they find them. No.... your little "hobby" as you call it, by itself, isn't going to bring anyone's biz down.... but when 4000 morons take that same attitude and rip legit webmasters off consistently, it adds up. It adds up in lost revenue from ripped material & stolen passwords, and increased hosting bills from the hotlinkers. What would YOU do.... let it slide?
Think about it. By the way... I didn't have anything to do with your board getting shut down. I'm just here to throw gasoline on whatever sparks I find.

IM NOT COMPLAINING! geezus like i said i knew shit could happen if youll notice (since i know some of u still check our forum) nobody's complainin too much... but like i just said my main concern was, my forum wasnt very active, so i was curious as to how exactly we became the target... the Necro site got nailed cuz there's a buncha amateurs there that sat around all day figuring out how to insert galleries straight from sites an shit... that place had more hotlinks than any other forum ive ever seen (and ive seen some bad ones haha) so that shit didnt surprise me at all... i figured it would happened awhile ago actually... but our shit was pretty much dead, so im just repeating myself here but i wondered why anyone would go through the trouble unless there was something else goin on... |
