When you tried to attack me (why????) i thought you just had a bad day and ignored you but i see you popping up everywhere trying to badmouth people and opening threads about them. It looks really pathetic you know and it wont get you anywhere, certainly not on this board.

Yes and the customer complied each time (maybe twice before?) regarding a DMCA complaint., over a period of a few months.

It's a message board, so we figured he had some control issues but seemed very eager to work them out. This last one was the breaking straw.

Whatever the case, you have taken it personally with our company which is unfortuate. We don't support DMCA violators. We simply allow customers to have all the rights that are abideded to them by the USA, as any good host should.

Its under Conditions and basically it states that we are required by law to put the violator back up if they have said to comply.

Upon putting it backup we were immediately notified again that they were still in violation and therefore we were able to shut down the account after receiving the next round of complaints. I'm not sure of the span of time but I think we had a change of shift when it happened.
