That's a pic of Lenny Sheklebaum. He owns a deli in Jersey. They stole that from his website.

The real Laurent Mpeti Kabila is short, bald, white and wears cool sunglasses.

Besides, Nigeria doesn't have email conferences. Somebody there might do something honest with email so they banned it.
