![]() Does anyone know which Cel phone, PDA or handheld has the best browser and screen resolution on the market these days? It would be nice to be able to see a website as you would on a small laptop even if the font is small. I was also wondering if ICQ could be used on one as well.
I was looking into this http://www.t-mobile.com/products/han...r/overview.asp but was not sure if there was better handhelds out there. Thanks |

That thing is kickass, I think it looks the best in usability if you want to surf, get email and stuff more then you talk on the phone.

I've been trying to find a good combination phone/PDA, because I want the features of both, but don't want to carry around two devices.
Here's the one I've been looking at: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,1016277,00.asp |

This phone is very nice but it is not available in the US. "Where do I get it? The xda is available in the countries that O2 operates in - UK, Germany and Ireland. " I just ran into this doing some research: http://www.handspring.com/treo600/ It's bad ass. Problem is it's not out yet... |

It is the same phone as the T-Mobile Pocket PC." But I don't see the Treo 600 smartphone on T-mobile's site. They have the 270 but it's much differnt. This new Treo 600 smartphone even works with websites which have java script and you can even download software this phone is very cool. Just which it was already available. |

sony ericcson P800 hands down the best phone out there... touch screen, all features a PDA has, killer software, small enough to fit in pocket... we have literally VERY phone in the eur-asian markets, (which is more than USA market believe it or not) and both my partner, myself, and our attornies all use this phone.... we test all of these phones for games, apps, web, etc and this is *the* phone...
take it for what it's worth...

I've had my Sony Ericsson P800 for a couple month and I swear by it.
Coupled with the 3rd generation bluetooth earpiece, this phone is honestly all you need. |

Do people actually browse websites with that stuff?
I"ve seen them before, but jeebus you can barely discern anything on the screen.

I am not sure if these others have this, but it actually has a TCP/IP Stack. I can SSH into my nix boxes on the road! Pretty helpful, and I can say it was great to work on the beach with this baby last week. Its pretty lightweight, and has some great features. The palm OS isnt the best, but what can you do... |
