It all depends on who the person if they care about your signature. I once went to a Macs (Franchised store, more locations here then 7-11, where the owners normially work most of the time, if not them, it is their immediate family), and the guy saw my paypal mastercard, looked at my signature on it and the one of my receipt 3-4 times before giving me my $4 worth of candy.

Aparently using something with the store owner that says "Premium business member" and you are a stoned guy buying a lot of candy is something to watch for.

I can write my sig as good backwards as forwards. I've been caught writing my name backwards a few times. Some clerks will even except the explanation of I wrote it backwards so that they can read it on their side of the counter.
