Everyone loves to see giants fall for many reasons...
Its an opening and opportunity in market share. Its that simple. The aftermath is really what matters as dust settles. |
and here is somethign to relieve the pain of all who are sued by Microsoft...
it could have been worse... Rob is a commercial saturation diver for Global Divers in Louisiana. He performs underwater repairs on offshore drilling rigs. Below is an E-mail he sent to his sister. She then sent it to radio station 103.2 on FM dial in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, who was sponsoring a worst job experience contest. Needless to say, she won. Hi Sue, Just another note from your bottom dwelling brother. Last week I had a bad day at the office. I know you've been feeling down lately at work, so I thought I would share my dilemma with you to make you realize it's not so bad after all. Before I can tell you what happened to me, I first must bore you with a few technicalities of my job. As you know, my office lies at the bottom of the sea. I wear a suit to the office. It's a wet suit. This time of year the water is quite cool. So what we do to keep warm is this: We have a diesel powered industrial water heater. This $20,000 piece of equipment sucks the water out of the sea. It heats it to a delightful temperature. It then pumps it down to the diver through a garden hose, which is taped to the air hose. Now this sounds like a darn good plan, and I've used it several times with no complaints. What I do, when I get to the bottom and start working, is take the hose and stuff it down the back of my wet suit. This floods my whole suit with warm water. It's like working in a Jacuzzi. Everything was going well until all of a sudden, my butt started to itch. So, of course, I scratched it. This only made things worse. Within a few seconds my butt started to burn. I pulled the hose out from my back, but the damage was done. In agony I realized what had happened. The hot water machine had sucked up a jellyfish and pumped it into my suit. Now, since I don't have any hair on my back, the jellyfish couldn't stick to it. However, the crack of my butt was not as fortunate. When I scratched what I thought was an itch, I was actually grinding the jellyfish into the crack of my butt. I informed the dive supervisor of my dilemma over the communicator. His instructions were unclear due to the fact that he along with five other divers were all laughing hysterically. Needless to say I aborted the dive. I was instructed to make three agonizing in-water decompression stops totaling thirty-five minutes before I could reach the surface to begin my chamber dry decompression. When I arrived at the surface, I was wearing nothing but my brass helmet. As I climbed out of the water, the medic, with tears of laughter running down his face, handed me a tube of cream and told me to rub it on my butt as soon as I got in the chamber. The cream put the fire out, but I couldn't poop for two days because my butt was swollen shut. So, next time you're having a bad day at work, think about how much worse it would be if you had a jellyfish shoved up your butt. Now repeat to yourself, "I love my job, I love my job, I love my job" |
Personally I like the people that file suit against Microsoft:)
Sun Micro, Netscape many other's which is rather long list:thumbsup With that many suit's I bet Bill would rather have a Jelly fish stuck up his ass. |
Global Media, Inc. is on the list too..
I believe that's Hardcoremoney.com |

I was told that xpays is behind the spam being sent out under requestadult.com. I was spammed for years by Rob Gould of babenet.com. When confronted, they told me they wanted my name, babe.net, or they would sue me. I called their bluff, and they backed down like the creeps they are.
In my book, all these spammers should be thrown in jail. They go after poor MARTHA, but porn spammers remain untouched. I have received one or two benefits from Microsoft. What good do we receive from porn spammers except more negative attention from Ashhahahahaha. |
To Clarify! This is not www.XtremePay.com We have NO affiliation with the above mentioned site.

Yea crazy imagine how much of that traffic goes thru the industry
Traffic only originates from a few places. if that goes away type-in or SE might pick up but who knows. Alot of surfers might never check out adult without it. then again our Double opt-in lists might perform alot better Either way it will be interesting to see what happens |

Maybe Evan should send them a C and D;)

Evan and Michael have always shown they have integrity and class in all of their dealings with me over the years. They are innovative and exceptional businessmen. I have complete faith in their being proven innocent in this matter. Some people around here have nothing better to do than jumping to conclusions and tearing people down. If you are looking to do business with an ethical and honest program that will make you money and pay you year after year theres none I would recommend more than Xpays!

Hope to see the xpays boys in Vegas this weekend. I am sure they will give me the full scoop.
As much as I may dislike Evan, I do not like to see anyone in the business sued as it may have deeper implications. I downloaded the suit yesterday, and if "they" are guilty of what Microsoft says, they hit the chronic one too many times. They have made MILLIONS mailing. It is plain stupid to do some of those things. But as OJ says, innocent until proven guilty. |

What some webmasters fail to realize (or care to), is that Xpays does not hide who they are ... they're not hiding behind offshore entities like BIG SPAMMERS do. If you do a whois on any of their domains they point back to XPAYS in San Francisco. Why? Because there are no reasons for them to hide. Any company that does email marketing or runs an affiliate program could easily be a target for a lawsuit. READ: Any program can have affiliates that SPAM, spoof, or anything else underhanded, and the SPONSOR will catch the blame. In this case, it's a lawsuit spearheaded by Microsoft that looks more like a PR campaign to say: "Look, we're cleaning up OUR email services and going after NASTY SPAMMERS ... come sign up for a Hotmail account or an MSN account ... you're safe with Microsoft" Whether or not the SPONSOR can prove their innocence is of no consequence. If they're targeted, at the very least - they're going to have to fight a costly legal battle. My belief is that Xpays will come out of this and be exonerated! Just my :2 cents: |
Styles, Shaw, and all the rest of you spammers! You are standing behind Evan and his spamming business because you are all guilty of doing the same thing.
I would like to see Evan go down big time if he is guilty. And all of you who are doing the same should follow Evan into the black hole of spamming idiots. Good luck in court! Ha Ha:321GFY |
Me standing behind Evan? hahaha.
Evan and I are not as tight as we used to be, but I do not like to see microsfot vs. anyone in this business. |
Gotcha, BRAD SHAW! Welcome back to the boards. You have brought me many hours of entertainment.
I'm not crazy about Microsoft, but xpays has been spamming the be-Jesus out of my email accounts for the past two years. Why should Evan and his idiots be protected! He is bringing all the big dogs like Microsoft and the US Govt down on everyone. Hey Brad...I heard that your attorney told you to stay off the boards or you were going to be in deep shit. If this is true, it's a gutsy move to return. Congratulations to you on your engagement. We would like to see more of those great fishing pics you use to show us. |
Has this been posted yet:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/3020566.stm The guy claims be didn't spam anyone. He says he just bought an expired domain that a spammer used to own. I don't know if it's true or just an excuse, but we've seen all kinds of legal threats and problems when you buy expired domains, so anything is possible. |
My fiancee told me to get off the boards, not my lawyer;-) She lets me post now though on a very limited basis!
I am ready to go fishing again soon, want to hit up some huge tarpon in tampa flats soon. |
I hate to see anyone in our industry have problems like this.
Anyone who has been in this industry for a while has skeletons.... This is a bad thing for all of us. Good luck Evan and I am sure in the end you'll work it out for the best. |

Hey Ike, I hate to see innocent people get sued, but the guilty ones deserve no support. What excuse can a major porn spammer have? Sure, Evan is a likable guy, but he has been spamming the shit out of me, so why should I care what happens to him. Since I am one of his victims, why should I stand by and wish him well.
If he spammed me, why would I assume he didn't spam millions of others. This industry has to clean up its act or we will be squelched by the conservatives who already hate us. I remember when the babenet.com guys were the hotshot dollys of the porn world. Look at them now. They were scumbags years ago and even bigger scumbags now. I will gladly be a witness for microsoft or Ash-hahahahaha if they need my help. Some of these porn bastards have made my life miserable. HAPPY FISHING, BRAD! |
Am I more likable then Evan?
I still have balls, they are sore, after Grimm punched me in them Saturday night! |

I hear Dallas is trying to get rid of AOB's again.

John, everybody spams but me (wink wink)
For a while, I didn't mind a few bits of spam coming into my email. Then it started to increase. And today I wade through the spam to find something that is really for me. Many times there are viruses attached to the spam. I HATE IT! Most of my latest spam is from sites that are selling prescription drugs. Well, I decided to try one. My drugs came from India to Denmark - to England - to New York - to CUSTOMS - to Los Angeles - to the USPS - and eventually to me after 5 weeks. The price was 5 times what I would pay here in the U.S. Creative spam is acceptable, but the junk I receive is a total waste of my time. DOWN WITH PORN SPAMMERS -- DOWN WITH ALL SPAMMERS!! And Brad, you are more likable than Evan. I'm sorry I missed you in LV a couple of years ago when I thought you and Serge were going to push each other in the face. I think the two of you shook hands and had a beer! Oh well! Next time you really get pissed off, let me know, and I will show up with my camera and some cortisone cream. |
hahaha, confucy on acid is a site to behold.
