Is Ginix a Visa Solution for Canadian Webmasters?

Is anybody out there using www.ginix.com?

I think their Merchant accounts are in Asia-Pacific. They have a $595 setup fee, 7.5% discount rate and a 5%-6mo reserve. They claim they can handle Canadian webmasters but I wonder how long that will last. Does anybody know anything about them?

I contacted them a long while ago about possibly using them, the person in sales didn't know much about what I was talking about or what I needed, could have been a language barrier... I didn't end up using them.

World Wide Billing is on the application letterhead and Electronic Transfer Inc, is on the fax cover page.

		 Hi Redzone,

well let me know how it goes with them. I can't really vouch for Bob as we haven't done alot of biz together, but from talking with him and knowing electronictranfer has been around for a few years, it's something to look at. thanks Todd

I don't think I'm going to go for it. Given the number of IPSP's that have dropped Canadian webmasters in the past year I'm not in a Setup Fee paying mood. That $595 will go a long way in setting up a US or EU presence and then I can deal with some of the better known players.

I just wonder how can they make 7.5% rate? Is it too good to be true?

It seems they got different sites. ginix.com ginixonline.com. I asked their sales what's the different between them, but he just said ginixonline is not authentic Ginix. It really make me confuse. Are they really reliable? |

That's just it, they got no rep. In the last 12 months Ibill, PayPal & ACPay have all asked me for $750-1500 at one time or another, now none of them are even able process for me. I won't be giving anybody any setup fees until I'm sure they're for real.

I know some big name japanese sites use ginix. And one of my friend uses them. But I am not sure how long can they handle Canadian webmaster. But I am sure ginix is pretty good. It is pretty famous for webmaster in Asian.

While Thor IS outstanding in the work he does, as a WHOLE though, Probilling leaves a LOT to be desired. I've gone into many specifics before, so I will leave it at that for now. |

Once again, thank you for the kind words. Why don't you e-mail me the specifics of your account and I will look into it for you. While I think I know who you are, I may be wrong, so send me an e-mail.
