Highest pay per click price that actually pays, let me know, use your refferer url if you want.
As in, Hey this place has 6 cents a click and they have always paid me. Not, hey I own this site and I pay 10 cents a click and its been open a month but Ill pay you I swear. |

try http://banners.spotbrokers.com/ for pay per click banners. It varies on what niche you are advertising and what country they are from what you are paid.

Flashcash has 2 per click programs (banner 10c and blind 4c), they always paid me (but I don't use their per click program, just the "per signup"),
CECash pays $0.15/blind adult links downloaded to the surfer's browser, so you don't lose traffic - no deductions, no conversion ratio, and Gamma pays $0.15/toolbar install, the last 2 have always paid me as well.
