need some quick comments and thoughts on this gallery. Tell me how the whole thing looks, the banners, colors, pics, content in general.

It doesn't tell me why I should join.
I'm a dumb surfer, I don't even see *where* I can go to see more of her. There's some flashy buttons but they're for two different sites, how am I to know she's on the sites? Looks like it's just pics thrown up with no relation to the buttons.

Your big pics are averaging 62k+, for pics that size and quality you should be sitting around 40k or so.

My advice - focus on one theme or the other (sweet or naughty), not both. You can't convince a surfer that *two* sites are the best site on the net - there can be only one. Tell the surfer that there's more of her in those sites. You've told us webmasters, why aren't you telling your surfers who might like to see more of her?

Split this into two separate galleries, add some fitting text, tell the surfer where to go to get more of her.
You're here to *sell* the surfer, not simply give him pics to eat your bandwidth.

thanks for the advice. what if we enlarge the banners and some text in the center, and make it one site banner only, and split it into two galleries?

Bondage is more dark and sinister then light pink background.

Why don't you ad some hearts, butterflies, and kisses.

If you are doing a good to bad change, make the top pink and pretty then the bottom black and bad.

You got two different sites, two different niches, go with two different galleries.

The first set of pictures don't really match the site your pushing, the site has an edgy S&M tour, not an amateur redhead tour. I'd bet that it won't convert at all.

The second set of pictures is the girl in distress, but the site it does to doesn't tell me anything at all about what i'm getting. Is it amateur bondage or what? The girl doesn' appear in the tour so am I getting her or not? Another non-convertor.

I'd make a new tour for the second site, it needs it. The sinful whores site is better but still needs work, the tour pictures don't match the concept.

one thing i've always hated about galleries that's included in this one - when you click an image I gotta either alt-leftarrow back, move my mouse enough to hit the back button etc. could just be my lazy ass, but it would be nice for once to at least have the larger image history-backi to the gallery page.
