It doesn't tell me why I should join.
I'm a dumb surfer, I don't even see *where* I can go to see more of her. There's some flashy buttons but they're for two different sites, how am I to know she's on the sites? Looks like it's just pics thrown up with no relation to the buttons.
Your big pics are averaging 62k+, for pics that size and quality you should be sitting around 40k or so.
My advice - focus on one theme or the other (sweet or naughty), not both. You can't convince a surfer that *two* sites are the best site on the net - there can be only one. Tell the surfer that there's more of her in those sites. You've told us webmasters, why aren't you telling your surfers who might like to see more of her?
Split this into two separate galleries, add some fitting text, tell the surfer where to go to get more of her.
You're here to *sell* the surfer, not simply give him pics to eat your bandwidth.
