Another webmaster of a medium-sized company (more than 15 employees) told me this and asked me to investigate.

My idea of a journalistic investigation is to post something inflammatory to GFY.

I apologize if I have not been completely accurate, circumspect, journalistic, ethical.

Its pretty simple..

Netherlands lack internet crime laws, so they can do whatever the fuck they like and not face prosecution..

And in Russia, there government just doesnt care. if you have the money to bribe officals, then you have no problems whatsoever.
