Are pharmaceuticals as bad as street drugs?

Know any "professionals" who go to work all loaded on anti-depressants? Sure you do. It happens all the time.

Whats the difference between having a doctor prescribe Xanax and a person who self-medicates through street drugs to deal with their issues?

A Supervised drug addict is still an addict. Dependency is still dependency.

Viagara is glorified Ecstasy. Those commercials take the cake...

Usually, worse(or better depending on which side your on) because they are much more pure...

interesting that the top 10 meds there are anti-depressants and pain relievers.

i.e. pot and heroin.

I rarely go out without 40mg of Valium in my body. You can't use that stuff every day or else you become too tolerant; you'd need a pound of it to feel good.

So yes, I am addicted to valium (nothing against other benzos). It makes like quite pleasant, although it can make you act quite stupidly if you're not careful.
