looking for some basic htaccess coding
newby question: Just looking for some basic htaccess code to prevent surfers from using a bookmark to return to my "Content" page, and prevent other websites from "Hot linking" your files and pics. If a surfer does use a bookmark to access your "Content" directory or tries to hotlink pics, i'd like to be able to send them 'elsewhere'
any help would be appreciated. |

From the above example, exclude the following:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ As that will give access to bookmarkers. Just make it qualify with a referer from your domain. Also consider adding in your website's IP address as a referer aswell, some people/browsers for some odd reason use IP instead.
