Do sets for $5 and $10 sell or not?

Well here is the test.

Do sets at $5 and $10 sell or not?

We have over 310 sets on

<a href="http://www.bargainbasementcontent.com?from=GFYoffer" target="_self"><img src="http://www.banapro.com/banners/our_banners/bbcs_ban.gif" width="468" height="60" alt="BBCS" border="0"></a>

Single girl, two girl, boy girl, teens amateur, group sex, inter-racial, ebony, mature.

A license that means you can give them to your affiliates.

So lets see if they sell.

And even a special offer of the whole site for $1300 until I change it so be quick.

But those with only $10 can also help themselves to the goodies.

You spend countless time defaming my name and how I conduct business?

You talk CONSTANT SHIT about how I'm a board spammer and "discount marketer"(even though I pay a lot of money to advertise on GFY)?

You infer that it's beneath you, and than SPAM the board with your own discounts?

You are a parasite, and webmasters see your true colors!

BTW - GREAT DEAL!

Have a nice day!

Well at the moment it seems the site still does not work, so who cares.

But this is our bargain basement content which is meant to go at cheap prices. We've always had this site.

I think they are solid... I think the KEY thing you need to do is PACKAGE them together..

MOST webmasters are too damn lazy to add 50 sets to a shopping cart. But shit offer 50 sets at $250 in a hardcore package or something and you can bet you will get more sales!

When I buy content it is all about good deals, quality, and convenience...

LOL, of course I did. Did you ever hear of the word 'hint'? ;p

This was one, you were supposed to tell me the 'secret' PayPal address of your wife/friend/neighbour, linked to a private PP account or whatever.

It was worth a try. I'll see what we can do.

I always think it's best to go and choose the actual content you need rather than packages.

We did have these two budget sets of 1000 images at $50 each

Set numbers 9501 and 9502, but never thought of pushing them for this. So you live and you learn.

Might get the webmaster to program a few more offers like this.

You could sell them for 5 cents and 10 cents man and I still wouldn't support APIC.

You think all the content providers who are listed with APIC are constantly getting their clients harrassed.

You said in another thread that you would not buy from anyone who is a member of APIC because you did not want to be harrassed by them.

And I told you of all the content providers who are with APIC to protect their and their clients rights would not be with them if that was the case.

I'm going to bed now so I guess you can have the last word on this.

Good night.

ps
Actually had 12 sign ups from GFY since this thread started so not so bad.

Hey Charly - I've been trying to checkout for the last hour with my order, but the MultiCard keeps timing out. Just in case you're wondering why no one is buying anything.

The prices on Bargain Basement are always going to be "KEEN" but I think if it works it will stay at this level. These are not our best sets, nor our entire catalogue and all the money goes to us no "salesman" involved.

I think the link to MultiCards is wrong so give it an hour and we will fix it.

Will also send anyone who orderd content while it was screwed their content for;

FREE free, nada, nil.

No need to pay. We screwed up.

But that is only for the orders we already have.

So the webmaster fixed the sites and they're all working.

And we now have 310 sets on the site and we will still sell the entire site for $1300.

Thats $4.20 a set.

Give them to your affiliates, use them oin hosted galleries, unlimited URLs, TGPs, AVSs. All allowed.

yes, there are a very few guys with a unique "style", like maybe gothweb and unseenworld, and this guy who posts by the handle "mutt"---but most everything else that i look at is just the same stuff, shot with different quality equipment. pretty girls, sure, but that ain't enough. and i'd love to buy great content---shit i'd pay full-tilt retail for it---problem is, there isn't much of anything i want to buy---wish there was---but there isn't.

in other words, boring. and boring doesn't sell so well, because if i see the same type of stuff a thousand times, so does the surfer, and the surfer ain't buyin' it---and that's why the content guys are giving it away.

sorry but it's the truth.

my surfers will not buy a membership to look at "studio" type unrealistic content.

maybe my surfers are different from everyone else's. but i shoot all my stuff on location---and haul good equipment all over the world to do it.

and i've been shooting pix of naked women since 1969, and i'm still learning how to do it, and i'm not afraid to experiment, or make a mistake to get a good shot, and i don't give a shit about "technique". i give a shit about what sells.

i hate to burst anyone's bubble, but here's the facts as i see it.

the adult bookstore business is soft, adult magazine sales are flat, playboy and penthouse magazine sales are soft, and studio shot web content is way soft.

and anyone can correct me if i'm wrong.

content producers could make content that would sell memberships though---but they'd have to shoot in a way that would interest the surfer---in other words, develop a "unique" vision---the same concept as a "niche" website.

not saying i know everything. but i do make a living at this.

and i don't sell content. (but i'd sure like to buy the "right" stuff)

Totally agree with you, the problem is not the content that is shot, it's the price paid for it.

Too many buy on price and think it's the solution in a hard market, well we supply them with reasonable content at a low price $5 -$10. See the signature site.

And on the other site Paul Markham Content Store we have the better stuff, using the better girls and the better thought out shoots. This costs more money and the prices reflect this, $35 -$50 an image set.

As for whether many can shoot like we do, we are teen niche shooters and when you can put a set in Barely Legal every month Eighteen, Just 18, Club Seventeen and Tight most months you have to be pretty good.

You are wrong about the magazine market being soft, most magazine sales are stable. But we are talking about a market that pay US rights $2,000, UK rights $1,000, EU rights $1,000, Second rights $2,000 as a norm this is all on the same set and on top of the Internet rights. Though Playboy and Penthouse are doing badly, the rest do well.

The problem is that without this market to support the better sets they would never get shot. Why? Today a good set costs more money to shoot than it will return without the Internet sales.

We can shoot 10 sets a day and keep them simple, fast and basic. Sell a set out for around $600 each. Make $6,000 a day need an averagely pretty girl. We slow down and shoot good stuff it will sell 20 times at $35, but we shot three a day. We need an attractive girl.

It?s all down to economics.

Ok, since I do not produce content for others I was not aware of that.

But, I haven't found ANY content that comes close to selling memberships on my paysites other than the stuff I shoot myself.

And that's the frustrating part for me. There is NOTHING I can buy anywhere that will convert better than the stuff I shoot myself---and I know I'm not the world's greatest shooter. I just WISH I didn't have to shoot everything myself.

And I'm not talking about spending big money on beautiful women---the people I shoot are average, and inexpensive to hire---outside of the USA I shoot MANY models for $50-100 usd total.

Today my wife showed me some fashion ads in the new issue of Vanity Fair---and of course this is beautiful photography---and certainly expensive to produce photography, because it is so labor intensive...art directors, and set designers, and all that shit.

But the equipment to produce those Vanity Fair images ain't all that different from what we use. I mean, even an "average" looking girl could at least be photographed beautifully...that's what I'm getting at. Even an average looking girl could be photographed in an interesting way.

Why do many content producers waste time and $ photographing really BEAUTIFUL girls in a mediocre way, so they end up having to sell content sets for pennies.

Just doesn't compute, as the kids say.

Peace.

You raise some interesting points. The problems is you do not show us what your site is like or the amateur content you bought in. So I cannot comment on what you did buy. But this is good amateur stuff you may have missed.

Boy Girl Solo Girl1 Boy Girl Boy

And there are a lot more on the site.

Trust me the equipment used to shoot that stuff is way above what you have.

Simple answer is; that is the level of their skills. It takes years of practise, experience, knowledge and the aptitude to become a pornogrpaher.

I know a lot of them will tell you this is what the Internet wants, which by coincidence is all they can shoot. No arguments there are people that want this, but this market is over supplied. Which is why they have to give it away.

But can I suggest, show us your site so we can get a feel for what you are doing.
